Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the Asinbase platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Asinbase ("we," "us," "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Asinbase is a product research and risk analysis platform for Amazon sellers. Our Service includes: • Product Risk Analysis — Automated risk scoring based on brand restrictions, IP complaints, category gating, and other factors. • Product Discovery — Search and filter millions of Amazon products using Keepa's comprehensive database. • Arbitrage Finder — Cross-marketplace price comparison tool across Keepa-supported Amazon marketplaces. • Watchlist Monitoring — Track products for price changes, risk shifts, and buy box activity. • Amazon Integration — Connect your Seller Central account for personalized insights (optional). The Service is provided "as is" and is continuously improved. Features, limits, and availability may change.

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. • Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. • Not share your account with third parties or create multiple accounts. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. Asinbase is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.

Asinbase offers the following subscription plans and pricing: Available plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change based on the active billing period. Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through DodoPayments. Depending on the plan, billing may be monthly or yearly. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation. Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from the billing or settings area. Access to paid features continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law. Partial-period refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout. Price Changes: We may update plan pricing, limits, or packaging from time to time. Any material change will be communicated before it takes effect for existing subscribers.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service. • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Service beyond the provided API. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service. • Circumvent usage limits, quotas, or security measures. • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Asinbase data or features without written permission. • Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Risk scores and product analyses are informational only. Asinbase is a decision-support tool — not legal, financial, or business advice. • Risk scores are based on available data and proprietary algorithms. They are not guarantees of safety or risk. • Product data is sourced from third-party APIs (Keepa, Amazon SP-API) and may contain inaccuracies, delays, or gaps. • Amazon's policies, brand restrictions, and category requirements change frequently. Always verify current restrictions through Seller Central before listing a product. • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service. You acknowledge that selling decisions are your own responsibility and that Asinbase shall not be liable for any losses, account suspensions, or damages resulting from reliance on our data or analyses.

All content, features, and functionality of the Asinbase platform — including but not limited to the user interface, risk algorithms, brand database, documentation, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Asinbase and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without prior written consent. Your data (uploaded ASINs, watchlist items, settings) remains your property. By using the Service, you grant Asinbase a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

If you connect your Amazon Seller Central account: • You authorize Asinbase to access your catalog, inventory, and sales data through Amazon's official SP-API. • We use this data exclusively to provide personalized product analysis and insights. • You may revoke access at any time from Settings → Amazon Integration. • You remain responsible for compliance with Amazon's Terms of Service and Developer Agreement. • Asinbase is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • Asinbase is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. • We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. • In no event shall Asinbase be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. • Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Asinbase in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

• By You: You may close your account at any time from Settings. Upon closure, your data will be deleted within 30 days. • By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. • Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections on liability, IP, and dispute resolution survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Asinbase operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the applicable arbitration rules. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis — class action lawsuits and class arbitrations are not permitted.
